I'm the studio's photographer, accountant, cleaner and barista.
I bought my first DSLR camera in 2007 whilst working at Microsoft and dabbled like many others until I decided to complete a Diploma in Professional Photography in 2012. After completing the Diploma, I continued to work in IT, shooting at the weekends as a means to fund my ever increasing need for new gear. Over the years I've continued to hone my skills and measured my progress by entering endless competitions. With several industry awards and competitions wins under my belt I felt it was a good time to follow my dream and open my own studio.
Today I'm living my dream, creating quality photographs that will stand the test of time. The moment a family see their photographs for the first time, is the best part of my day. The next best part of the day is the fun we have creating the images in the first place.
I am mum to 3 amazing children whom inspired my love of photography. Newborn photography is my passion, Babies grow up so fast – I love to capture those small moments to treasure forever – From their little fingers to their little toes. I am now a shocking hoarder of tiny beds, boxes and baskets.
I'm a makeup artist and clothing stylist.
My ethos is that everyone can feel amazing no matter what shape you are, learn how to flatter your good bits and hide those not so nice bits, wearing the colours that naturally make you look beautiful. Creating a versatile wardrobe full of clothes that you LOVE to wear whether you are running down to the park with the kids, or heading off to the office.
Lucy is the studio's resident pooch.
She's a Beagle, Cocker Spaniel cross (Speagle), and it's her job to welcome you with lots of hugs and kisses. She's a great distraction for kids and is super friendly to all dogs.
If for whatever reason you'd rather Lucy was not at the studio for your shoot, then that's absolutely fine, simply let us know and we'll make sure she's kept elsewhere.
